Hi, I’m Sarah Murphy. I’ve been a professional coach for over a decade specialising in helping women navigate change and help them break through confidence and self-worth barriers to create positive change and implement impactful self-care practices.
I’m on a mission to help women improve their self-relationship by increasing their self-compassion, self-connection through using a mix of evidence-based tools and exercises.
I’m a wellbeing specialist, positive psychology practitioner and accredited coach with a passion for helping women flourish.I have over 20 years experience in coaching, facilitation and education combined. I understand how change happens because I’ve facilitated it for so many people. I have conducted psychological research on embodiment and positive emotion and I specialise in the cultivation of mental and emotional resilience. As a passionate teacher of the science of wellbeing, I believe in a compassion-based approach to wellbeing which places both self-connection and self-compassion as an important foundation to overall health and flourishing. In addition to being a trained mindfulness teacher, I am also a trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher with the Centre for MSC.
